Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so via e-mail or telephone (07 3203 4799)
Cancellation telephone calls are accepted during office hours.
Cancellation e-mails (online@morganseafood.com.au)  are accepted however, these e-mails are attended to during office hours.

Cancellation telephone calls to our Seafood Market cannot be accepted as the staff working in this area do not have access to our Online System.

If your order has been cancelled after the cut-off time and the order has already been picked / or packed for delivery a cancellation fee applies of $30

If your order has already left on the courier then your order cannot be cancelled and the delivery and full payment will proceed.

Troubleshooting / Refund or Replacement

If the goods you ordered arrive damaged or not as you have ordered (items faulty, items missing or packaging has been contaminated), then please take a photo of the damaged goods and e-mail (online@morganseafood.com.au) this to us.  Our management team will be in-touch to assist you with your enquiry.

If an item is missing from your order and you have paid for this item on your invoice, then a refund or credit will be processed. To assist us in making this assessment please take a photo of the goods as delivered and your order number and e-mail (online@morganseafood.com.au) this to us. One of our management team will be in-touch to assist you with rectifying this matter.
