It’s Tailor season at the moment. For those who are looking for a budget busting  – High in Omega3 ‘good oils’ tasty dish try delicous Tailor Fillets. The fillets cook up opaque white and have a medium taste. The tailor fillets go well with the garlic and chive specialty crumb mix. The fillets are sold skin-on and the if you don’t like eating fish skin it can be easily removed. For the best ‘good oils’ don’t remove the fish skin until after the cooking process.
